The city Council will react to improper cleaning of Ternopil in the autumn and winter
According to the Rules of improvement of Ternopil cleaning of adjacent areas should carry sub’objects of management, and for failing to perform this duty,’when stipulated penalties in the amount of 850 – 1360 UAH. As reported in the management of the municipal police, cleaning the urban areas should exercise twice a day, including the morning until 8.00 an hour. and a day – 14.00 hours. and as necessary (snow, ice, holidays, etc.). Trading enterprises, consumer services, markets, kiosk owners and others about’objects of small retail trade, gas stations and other liabilities’linked to clean the surrounding area around the perimeter of structures (kiosks, tents, trays and other) at a distance of 15m. To ensure proper sanitary condition, the management staff of the municipal police of the Ternopol city Council conducted the daily inspection of the territory of the city for compliance with the Rules of beautification of the city of Ternopil. In case of violation of the requirements of the above Rules, the perpetrators will be brought to administrative responsibility according to article 152 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences. This article stipulates that violation of state standards, norms and rules in the sphere of improvement of settlements, rules of improvement of territories of settlements shall entail the imposition of fine on citizens in the amount of 340 UAH. – 1360 UAH. and on officials and citizens-subjects’objects entrepreneurship - 850 UAH. – 1700 UAH.
