With regard to the formation of local budgets 2017, according to the Director of the Department of Finance of RSA, under the current version of the Budget code of Ukraine, starting from 2017, the drafting of local budgets, which have relations with the state budget, must be carried out with the use of program budgeting. That is, budget requests, and local budgets for 2017 (and subsequent 2 years) must be composed using the codes of the program classification of expenditure (KCRC), formed in compliance with the requirements of the orders of the Ministry of Finance regulating this issue. "I want people to realize – that in 2017 we are fully included in the program-target method and this question is not discussed" - said Mykola kopaczewski.
