10 November in Lutsk city Council held a doors open Day
the Deputy mayor, managing the Affairs of the Executive Committee Yuri Verbic during the operational meeting noted that in may of this year, city mayor Mykola Romaniuk has signed the order about carrying out in city Council open Days. According to him, is one of the forms that the community had the opportunity to learn more about the work of the Executive bodies of the city Council. He noted that was posted in the appropriate form, however, citizens are somehow passive. Therefore, according to Yuri Verbica, was initiated the day of open doors in the city Council on November 10. He encouraged residents to participate in the event and to get answers to questions that interest them. Deputy mayor, managing the Affairs of the Executive Committee recalled that November 2 will be a regular meeting of the Executive Committee. He urged all to submit draft decisions to the General unit. In turn, the Secretary of city Council Julia Bosenko noted that tomorrow will be held a plenary meeting of the regular session of the city Council. She encouraged the heads of departments, questions which are included in the agenda, to prepare for the meeting, to give irrefragable answers on the questions of the deputies. Julia Bosenko reported that the next meeting of city Council scheduled for November 30. The draft decisions, the Secretariat will accept up to 9 November.
