The speaker, Deputy mayor Sergei Grigorenko said that this Program is a complex of measures on financial, social, medical and psychological support, and assistance to solution of social problems of servicemen, enlisted from the city of Lutsk on military service on mobilization; family members of military personnel who at the time of occurrence of the circumstances he lived and lives in the city of Lutsk; members of families of killed (dead) servicemen, who are registered in the city of Lutsk; soldiers concluded the contract on passage of military service and at the time of conclusion of the contract was in the city of Lutsk. The Department of social policy for the ordering and receipt of benefits for housing and communal services turned 434 combatants and 55 disabled veterans. In 2015, benefits for housing and communal services was provided to 337 combatants and 28 disabled veterans. As of October 1, 2016 local privilege on housing and communal services for members of families of servicemen who are called up for military service by mobilization for participation in the antiterrorist operation, in particular, maintaining the home, are 672 persons. In 2014, this privilege was granted for 202 people, in 2015 – 637 persons. To provide support for military personnel called up for military service by mobilization for participation in the antiterrorist operation and their families from the city budget provides financial assistance for treatment and solution of social problems. The results of the meetings of the Commission in providing monetary and material assistance to vulnerable segments of the population in the current year, cash assistance provided to 119 family members of military personnel. In 2014 allocated for these purposes financial assistance 758 persons in 2015 for 682. In General, for these purposes from the city budget was funded 1 044 720 hryvnia. According to the medical recommendations for the state budget, combatants and persons from among the members of the families of the lost participants of anti-terrorist operation are provided with free sanatorium-resort therapy. This year they have issued vouchers for 16 combatants and 2 members of the families of the victims, in 2015, sanatorium-resort trip tickets were provided for 26 participants in hostilities. Family members of servicemen who are called up for military service by mobilization for participation in the antiterrorist operation, which for medical reasons requires outpatient, inpatient, dentures, etc., are taken on dispensary observation. So, from the beginning of 2016, for medical reasons, out-patient treatment 377 people, inpatient treatment 192 people, treatment in day hospitals 65 people, taken 63 births. Another record is 30 pregnant wives of servicemen. This year, medical examinations 285 demobilized members of the ATO. The Department of education of Lutsk city Council in the summer of 2016 211 healthy children of military men called on military service on mobilization, members of their families as well as families of killed (dead) servicemen, participants of combat actions. Children whose parents are soldiers called up for military service mobilization, as well as children killed (dead) servicemen are held in pre-primary education in the first place. Serve free meals in schools for children whose parents are called up for military service mobilization; children of military personnel during their secondment to participate in anti-terrorist operations, children whose parents did military service in the zone of the antiterrorist operation received the status of a war invalid of group i-II; children whose parents were killed during anti-terrorist operation. As of may 2016 ate 423 of the child. In 2014, fed 284 child in this category; in 2015 – 930 children. Sergei Grigorenko has stopped on other important aspects of the Programme that has already been done, and introduced the plans for 2017.
