Representatives of the community, forming the agenda, adopted a Program to provide housing for participants in hostilities, war invalids, who were called up for military service by mobilization for participation in the antiterrorist operation, as well as family members of victims (died), of missing servicemen listed caterogy for 2017 — 2019 years. First Deputy mayor Taras Yakovlev said that the Program lasts for three years. Its total budget amounts to 96 million, of which 24 million will be allocated from the city budget. The participant must pay 50% of the cost of housing, 25% for means of the city budget, another 25% could be financed by other sources envisaged by the legislation. As of September 1, 2016 on the housing register is 193 families of combatants. This year will be able to provide housing for over 60 families. The deputies present at the session of the ATO participants took an active part in the discussion of the Program and made a few changes. In particular, they stipulate not to be limited to an area not exceeding 50 sq. m. for one participant, as suggested in the draft decision, and to give the opportunity to increase the area, depending on the size of the family, that is, to provide 21 sq m each plus 10 m square per family. Participation in the Program of combatants and members of families of participants ATO is not obliged to refuse to provide land plots on favorable terms in the city of Lutsk or stay at grace home turn. And if the appropriation will not be used until October 1, then funds provided for the program, will be used for the purchase of apartments for the beneficiaries.
