In the Zhytomyr region received almost 15 million from the sale of non-agricultural land
In Zhytomyr region since the beginning of the year sold 81 plots of land for agricultural purpose in state and municipal ownership with a total area of 34.5 thousand hectares. Most plots acquired in Korostyshev (10 plots with an area of 3.6 thousand hectares) and Ovruch (9 plots with an area of 1.3 thousand hectares) districts. The cost of the sold lands in the current year amounted to 10,922 million. In General, subject to installment payments for sold land in previous periods, budgets received 14,621 million. Most of the money – 11,753 million, or 80.4%, was directed to local budgets. The remaining amount 2,868 million transferred to the state Treasury. Funds received by local communities from the sale of non-agricultural land, can be directed to the development of local territories and the socio-economic issues.
