In Lutsk, the MPs introduced changes to the city budget
At the plenary session, the deputies took note of the information on the implementation of the budget of the city of Lutsk for the first 9 months of 2016 and amended the decision of the city Council from 15.01.2016 No. 2/101 "On the budget of the city of Lutsk for 2016" with the changes brought by the decision from 02.02.2016 No. 3/11, from 24.02.2016 No. 4/7, from 30.03.2016 No. 5/14, dated 27.04.2016 No. 7/6, from 25.05.2016 No. 9/2, from 30.06.2016 No. 10/5 from 27.07.2016 No. 11/8, from 31.08.2016 No. 12/11, from 28.09.2016 No. 13/7. The Director of the Department of budget and Finance and Lily Love answered numerous questions of representatives of the community, which related to the changes in the budget. In particular, it will be blishen costs to the Board of education on modernization and upgrade of material – technical base for more than 300 thousand UAH. Yet, at the request of deputies, provided 300 thousand UAH for the purchase of detergents for educational institutions of the city. Due to the reduction of funds for the overhaul of houses adjoining areas will be replenished statutory Fund SCE "Lutskteplo" three million hryvnias for the implementation of timely payments for gas. Because of the heat that the townspeople are already receiving, they will begin to pay only after the tenth of November. The deputies also supported the costs for the completion of the monument to the "Christian charity", which is being built on the initiative of Honorary citizen of Lutsk Andrey Bondarchuk in the Old city for means of the regional budget and donors.
