Uzhgorod local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against a citizen,who forged the documents for the felling of timber
As reported by the Deputy head of Uzhgorod local Prosecutor's office Michael Panto, the local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment and charged with committing criminal offenses under part 1 and part 4 of article 358 of the criminal code of Ukraine against a citizen who forged and used documents necessary for further relevant documents on the felling of wood from forestry. Responsibility for the Commission of a criminal offense under part 1 St. 358 criminal code of Ukraine provides for a fine of up to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or arrest for a term up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term up to two years and over part 4 of article 358 of the criminal code - a fine of up to n'fifty free minima of the income of citizens or arrest for up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term up to two years.
