In Ternopil have to dismantle objects of summer trade until November 1
the Department of trade, lifestyle and consumer protection reports that about’objects of summer trade in Ternopil operate from 15 April to 31 October (consistent with the “Regulations on the placement and order of arrangement of the objects,’objects of summer trade in the city of Ternopil”). After this period, the sub’object of management performs a 10-day period, the dismantling of about’object summer trade and leads the territory in proper condition. About’objects of summer trade, is not removed within the specified period, are considered to be illegally installed and should be removed. For failure to comply with decisions of the Executive Committee of the city Council sub’objects of management are liable under applicable law.
