1 November we are celebrating the landmark date in the history of Ukraine – the anniversary of the November Chin (the proclamation of the Western Ukrainian people's Republic. Ternopil became the second capital of ZUNR after the Ukrainian army forced to withdraw from the city under the pressure of superior enemy forces.
