In the Ternopol area producers on land sales acquired the right of rent 22 land plots
In October for the land auctions organized by the Main Department of Derzeitiger in the Ternopil region, producers have bought the rights of rent 22 land plots of agricultural purpose of state ownership (outside settlements). Land with a total area of 257,29 hectares located in Borshchiv, Zbaraz, Ternopil and Shumsky areas. Following the auction, the tenants will pay annually to the budgets of local councils, more than a million hryvnia (UAH 1.12 million). This amount 858,58 thousand UAH. more from starting price 260,19 thousand hryvnias. This result was achieved thanks to an open competition between the bidders. In particular, the results of the auction in Ternopil district cost of lease rights for land use increased by 296,64 thousand UAH. (99% of its normative monetary value). This year the results of land auctions has leased 136 of the land plots of agricultural purpose with a total area of 1609,14 hectare. The next land auction is planned for November.
