In Volyn region the inspector of police,with complicity from custody escaped a dangerous offender,will appear before the court
Volyn region Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on aiding the inspector in the Lutsk detention centre escape from custody of a suspect in committing a robbery of a citizen. As is already known to everybody, the escape of a detainee held at the detention facility for investigation, it has been possible for a gross deliberate violations by the inspector of the order of escort of persons in custody. Twice during the day – 15 in the evening and in the night of 16 September 2016 – the robber complained of health problems'pits. And twice he was taken to the hospital, violating a clear statutory procedure for the transportation of such persons. The night of September 16 this year, captured in an unidentified pre-trial investigation of the way objects like a grenade and a gun, threatening to use them, he forced unarmed guards not to resist and fled from custody. The now 29-year-old inspector accused of committing a criminal offense under part 5 article 27, part 1 of article 393 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
