In the Vinnytsia region of the MP,which is suspected of attempted murder,taken into custody
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region performs procedural management in criminal proceedings upon attempt at a premeditated murder of the inhabitant of Mogilyov-Podolsk, that took place in may 2016 and has gained resonance in the society. During a pretrial investigation it is established involvement in the crime, deputies of the local Council, which informed of the suspicion under part 3 of article 15, part 1 St. 115 criminal code of Ukraine and 01.11.2016 year Vinnitsa city court granted the Prosecutor's request to it elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention for a period of 60 days. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds, its course is on control of the management of Prosecutor's office of area.
