Modernization of heating and ventilation gives an average of 21% of gas savings. In General, the results of the study almost 100% of program participants felt a positive change after the implementation of energy efficiency measures, and 65% achieved significant energy savings and reduced costs of public services, 84 per cent felt increased comfort in homes. The program's success demonstrates the need for its continuation. "We expect that the Government will continue the program.
