The economic court of Rivne region agreed with the above arguments of the prosecution and ordered the tenant to return the district administration the land plot with a total value of 2.4 million UAH in the state, not worse than that in which it was received in rent by signing of act of reception-transmission. Therefore, the prosecutors of Rivne region defended the interests of the state in the sphere of land relations and state returns nearly 300 hectares of lands of agricultural purpose with a total value of 2.4 million UAH.
