As informed the head of the local Prosecutor's office Tyachiv Stepan Zhovnir, given the publications in the press, prosecutors handled information on granting in property to citizens of land plots for individual gardening on the territory of the Dragobrat valley. On the basis of the collected materials was launched the specified criminal proceedings, because previously it is established that officials deliberately, in the interests of individuals, by the abuse of official position, in violation of the Land code of Ukraine for 2013 - 2016 years, illegally transferred property to citizens of 19 land plots with a total area of almost 2 hectares in the tract Dragobrat outside of the village settlement. Yasinya Rakhiv district than the interests of the state caused serious consequences. Conducting pre-trial investigation is entrusted to investigators of the National police. In the present investigation in criminal proceedings proceeds, the necessary measures to establish all circumstances of the criminal offense and perpetrators.
