More than 400 cubic meters ladyraven without proper documentation were seized by the prosecutors together with the police in the Rivne region
Thanks to the coordinating activities of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region together with Mlinski police Department and the Office of protection of economy in Dnipropetrovsk region, Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine in result of the carried out November 4, 2016 authorized searches, seized on the territory of a number of companies Dubno, Malinovskogo'kyi districts of more than 400 cubic meters of timber tree species are oak, ash, hornbeam, pine without proper documentation on the origin and cash in the amount of 40 thousand UAH, probably the proceeds of crime. These investigations conducted in the framework of pre-trial investigation into misappropriation, embezzlement or taking possession of property through abuse of persons of one of the state enterprises of the region of his official position (the grounds of criminal offenses under part 3 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine). Now measures for establishment of persons which can be involved in the embezzlement of timber and gathering of evidence for informing them about suspicion of committing a crime.
