In the Rivne region to help students and graduates of higher educational institutions
Resumo information center of the Rivne regional employment center provides services to various categories of the population, and especially actively works with students and graduates of higher educational institutions. On the basis of the Center division of the organization of vocational guidance is constantly carried out professional orientation work with pupils of secondary schools who receive a profession in the Odessa interschool industrial practice combine. Recently, specialists of the Department of counseling and legal Department presented to the students the profession of lawyer. Participants of the event got acquainted with the peculiarities of the profession, job opportunities after getting a profession in educational institutions of different accreditation levels. Also, he conducted ProConsulting seminar "Legal aspects of youth employment". Students broaden and deepen their knowledge on legal documents that confer rights and benefits of minors in labour relations, determined the level of knowledge of labor laws of Ukraine and the rights of minors through the quiz. Acquired knowledge students will use in deciding future employment. In addition, Resource and information centre held an event for graduates from different fields of the National University of water management and nature. In particular, the Centre was visited by the future graduates of bachelor on specialty "personnel Management and labour Economics", National University of water management and nature. Students got acquainted with the structural units of the Center, its purpose and features. Also they were informed about the current trends of supply and demand in the labour market, Rivne region. Especially future graduates interested in such service of the employment service, as support for entrepreneurial activities. Students were tested for their propensity to this kind of employment, get professional advice on the specifics of entrepreneurial activities with the assistance of the employment service was reviewed with specific business projects that were implemented in the Rivne region. At the end of the meeting the graduates got information materials on organization of entrepreneurial activities, including in the sphere of green tourism. For graduates engineers-power engineering, National University of water management and nature resources use on the basis of computer Resource and information center held a lecture on "the Technique of job search. Training summary". Experts on career guidance presented videos about the different types of resumes, familiarized students with the new form of resume – video resume, the possibilities of creation and use in search of work.
