Zhytomyr: more than 60% of households in the region receive a subsidy of
October 31 in Ukraine, the process of appointment of housing subsidies for new heating period 2016-2017. Information on the amount of subsidy determined on the basis of the total income of each household and information about tariffs from the service providers, will be reflected in the November payment for utilities. In Zhytomyr as issued subsidies 247 households representing 62.8% of households in the region. Those families who did not make a housing subsidy before start of the heating season, the Government compensates the October utility costs. Will also offset the cost of utility bills for November in the case of recourse within two months from the date of the beginning of the heating period. Regardless of the type of heating – Central heating or individual gas or electric heating – in the case of receipt of an application for the appointment of subsidies, for example, in December, grant aid of the Government will be appointed from the beginning of the heating season. That is, the state will reimburse the utility expenses of the family for two months.
