Introduced a new approach to recruitment. In 14 regions of Ukraine took place the internship – free training program for those who want to become the administrator of service centre of the Ministry of internal Affairs. “we Have the active phase of the reforms and a lot of problems. 10 new service centers of the Ministry of interior will earn before the end of the year. They all, like in the Kiev and the Dnieper river, will be transparent, equipped with modern technology, there will be to work customer-oriented staff. We are also working to KPI definition of each administrator that will allow us to control the quality of the services and reward the best. We have already opened a list of accredited driving schools that previously was not available. And in 2017 we plan to launch a new examination system for obtaining a driver's license”, — says the head of the Main service centre of the Ministry of internal Affairs Vladislav Crickley.
