Does not agree with the action or inaction of the state Registrar – refer a complaint to the Main territorial Department of justice in the Volyn region
Every person who believes that its rights in the sphere of state registration of a business or property are violated, may apply to the Chief of territorial administration of justice in the Volyn region with a complaint against decisions, actions or inaction of the state Registrar, subject to state registration within 60 calendar days from the date of such decision, or on the date when the person learned or could learn about violation of the relevant act or omission. This provision made by the Law of Ukraine “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning improvement of state registration of rights to immovable property and protection of property rights” from 06.10.2016 No. 1666-VIII.
