Chernigov: European program of support of small and medium business
the EU Programme 2014-2020 COSME (Competiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises) promotes the development of small and medium enterprises, improve the business climate and the spreading of entrepreneurial culture. A European network for early warning of difficulties, support enterprises and those applying for a second chance. The planned budget of the program, which provides a set of thematic projects and programmes for the period 2014 to 2020 is 2.3 billion euros. Available for Ukraine, the COSME Programme for 2016 consists of 25 subprogrammes, which are categorized in three areas: • facilitating access to foreign markets; • improving conditions for competitiveness; • formation of the business culture. Among these programmes: enterprise Europe network EEN, Erasmus for young entrepreneurs, Internationalization of SME clusters, tourism Development, Facilitate access to public procurement and many others. Has the right to participate in the COSME programme: Ukrainian small and medium businesses, public organizations, institutions, regional development agencies, and educational institutions. Any Ukrainian business associations, unions, clusters, public authorities have the opportunity and right to participate in COSME projects. Individual requirements for participation prescribed in the special criteria for each of the subprogrammes. In order to participate in any competition under the project COSME, you must perform the following steps: 1. Go to the website https://ec.europa.eu/easme/en/cosmeòà select the desired competition. 2. Make sure that the final deadline has not come yet and your organization meets the criteria of the competition. 3. Carefully read the description and terms of the contest and download the form, which should be below the description of the contest. Submission of project proposals is only online. 4. If you have any questions about filling out forms, you can consult our contact center EEN. European Enterprise network (EEN) is the largest sub-programme COSME - enterprise Europe network (http://een.ec.europa.eu/). Please note that filling out forms for any competition under COSME should be exclusively in English. Evaluation and Declaration of results of competitions are carried out by the European Commission. Until December 20, 2016 have the opportunity to participate in the program COS-MigrantsENT-2016-4-02: Migrants Entrepreneurship Support Schemes. The total budget earmarked for co-financing of projects is estimated at 1 500 000 euros. The grant covers reimbursement of 90% of the eligible costs.
