For business and consumers, investors, and experts who are interested in the development of sustainable energy in Ukraine, on the website www.uamap.org.ua there is an Interactive map of projects on energy efficiency and renewable energy – UAMAP. The specified map developed by the Saee, national Agency of investment and sustainable development, with the support of the project "Creation of energy agencies" that is implemented by the "Deutsche Gesellschaft f?r Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH" on behalf of the Federal Ministry for the environment, nature conservation, building and nuclear safety of Germany. The map accumulates information about the energy efficiency projects and renewable energy in Ukraine, and aims to provide communication between project initiators and investors, to promote investment attraction in these areas. "Saee encourages businesses to place on the map of potential projects that require investment. Thus, the investor will be able to freely available to see the projects prepared feasibility study, projects, business ideas, - said the Chairman of the Saee Serhiy Savchuk. - On the map there will be energy efficiency projects, both completed and potential which require funding ESCO-mechanism or in the framework of public-private partnerships. Anyone can submit a business idea for further advice and assistance in implementation". The main advantages of this card was presented at the VIII International investment forum "energy Efficiency and renewable energy" November 1-2, and the Ukrainian forum on alternative energy on 3 November. In his speech at the Ukrainian forum on renewable energy November 3, Natalia Boyko, the Manager of the support of the National Council reforms, Advisor of the presidential administration of Ukraine, noted: "the Card is "alive". There is a project description. In fact, it is a finished product, which could be a short bridge to investors and initiators of projects themselves. Moreover, the map shows that the projects in alternative energy are not some distant, amorphous, imaginary or single. The map will show that a lot of them, they are interesting and different". Project developers can host projects in areas of energy efficiency and renewable energy according to the status of their implementation: implemented, existing and potential.
