Volyn: Deputy Prosecutor of the region Yaroslav galinskiy visited Kovel correctional facility
8 November 2016 Deputy Prosecutor of the region Yaroslav galinskiy travelled to the Kovel educational colony administration of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine in the Volyn region, which is currently serving a sentence of 58 people. During the visit, attention is drawn to the issues of observance of constitutional rights of prisoners’prisoners, their material and household and medical care, respect for the right to receive vocational and General education. In addition, the Deputy Prosecutor of the region listened to the inmates who expressed a desire to contact him for a personal appointment. Pupils of the colony appealed on the procedure for appeal of decisions of courts and procedure punishment and parole. All of the questions they received detailed rose’explanations of requirements of the current legislation. The issue of compliance in the Kovel colony of requirements criminally-the Executive legislation while serving a punishment of minors are always under the control of the regional Prosecutor's office.
