The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the court directed the indictment against the lawyer - the swindler
Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings upon Commission by a lawyer of criminal offenses under part 2, article 190, part 4, article 27, part 2 of article 15, part 3 of article 369 of the criminal code of Ukraine, Vinnytsia city and Vinnytsia oblast court sent the indictment. During a pretrial investigation it is established that a lawyer providing legal services to the client, took possession of his cash in the amount of almost 75 thousand hryvnias by abuse of trust. Thus, the lawyer inciting the latter to give the judge undue advantage, for the purpose of obtaining a guarantee of a positive decision in his favor. For a committed criminal offence punishable with a fine from p'fifty to hundred free minima of the income of citizens or corrective works for the term from one to two years, or restraint of liberty for a term up to n'five years, or imprisonment for the term up to eight years with confiscation of property or without it.
