Lutsk will host the opening of art project “Block. Folk art in time and space”
9 November 2016 at 15.00 in the premises of the Art gallery of Volyn regional organization of national Union of artists of Ukraine in Lutsk (Lesi Ukrainky str., 24A) will be the Grand opening of the art project “Block. Folk art in time and space.” The project will be a review and discussion of the exhibition of works of folk art masters of Volyn regional branch of the National Union of masters of folk art of Ukraine and Volhynia photos of photographer Victor Chukhrai, which reveal the distinct interaction of human and nature. During the operation of the art project will be held creative meetings and workshops-working with the masters of the cell. Everyone will be able to join in the creation of works of traditional folk art, in particular: pottery, embroidery, Easter eggs, woodcarving, painting, weaving from straw, wicker, cattail, roots of pine trees.
