Memo ATO has been developed by volunteers, approved and verified by experts from the Ministry of defence of Ukraine, Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, State service of Ukraine for war veterans and participants of the ATO and the General staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The material is presented in an easily accessible graph form on 168 pages. Step-by-step instructions help to veterans and military personnel and their families not only know their rights but also ensure their implementation and protection.
