In Vinnytsia region exposed gambling establishments
Thanks to the joint efforts of employees Nemirovsky local prosecutors and police region exposed illegal activities of two gambling establishments which functioned on the territory of Tulchyn and Lipovetsky areas. On the specified facts was 2 criminal proceedings on grounds of crimes under part 1 St. 203-2 of the criminal code. During the searches, seized more than 20 the computer’computers, which were used for the provision of prohibited gambling services, cash, and documentation on the premises and so on. Currently, of the seized equipment and documents by the investigating judge is seized. The investigation is ongoing. Extras: part 1 of article 203-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine establishes liability for the activity of gambling in the form of a fine in the amount from ten thousand to forty thousand free minima of incomes of citizens.
