On the execution of the judgment, which supported a position of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, according to the results of the implementation of the debtor's property actually returned one of the state banks of Ukraine UAH 1.9 mln. It is established that the client owes funds to the Bank under the loan contract secured by collateral. But because the debt he was in no hurry to pay, while ignoring the conditions of the above agreement, the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region has addressed in court with the claim about compulsory execution of obligations to the Bank by foreclosure on the mortgaged property (namely, the workshop for production of furniture with warehouses and a land area of 0.92 hectares). These claims of Prosecutor's office the court is satisfied in full and the results of enforcement of the judgment debtor's property disposed of at auction.
