In Volhynia the judge is suspected of making a knowingly unjust decision
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region is reported about suspicion in making a knowingly unjust decision (a criminal offense under part 1 of article 375 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) the judge of Lutsk city district court in Volyn region. During a pretrial investigation it is established that the judge in October of 2015 has committed an intentional crime against justice - was released from the courtroom wanted competent foreign law enforcement agencies accused of committing a particularly serious crime-robbery - the citizen of the Republic of Belarus. Despite the orders of the competent authority of the foreign state of the arrest of the accused alien, judge, for all statutory grounds for application of temporary arrest, has violated the procedure of consideration of the petition of Prosecutor's office of Lutsk city and took the unjust decision, which refused to arrest a wanted and gave him the opportunity to avoid liability as prescribed by law, as the attacker continued to evade justice.
