In Zhytomyr region the families of disabled veterans and killed participants of the ATO will receive financial compensation for housing
October 19 at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted resolution No. 719 "Questions of the families of the dead soldiers that was directly involved in anti-terrorist operations, as well as disabled group i—II of the number of troops involved in this operation, and in need of better housing conditions." This decision of the Government approved a mechanism for providing targeted cash compensation to the families of war invalids and fallen soldiers from among the participants of the antiterrorist operation for they are entitled to housing under the Housing code. At the same time, provides for the right of those persons to receive monetary compensation as desired. Thus the families of ATO participants and invalids of war from among the participants ATO will be able to select the most appropriate housing and purchase it at the expense of monetary compensation provided by the Government. Subvention from the state budget for these purposes in the current year for the area is 43.9 million. The decision of the session of Zhytomyr regional Council from 04.11.2016 these funds are distributed among district and city budgets. With the purpose of determining eligibility and amount of monetary compensation for housing the above-mentioned category of population, if the district state administrations (Executive committees) established and began work with the Commission.
