Chernihiv will be competition for best festive decoration of shop Windows, facades of objects of trade, restaurant economy and domestic service of population and the adjacent territories to the new year and Christmas holidays. The decree was signed by Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko. The contest will run from 19 to 23 December this year, among the economic entities of the city.
