About the workshop objectives and the legal basis of implementation of program budgeting for local budgets in his opening remarks said the Director of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration Nikolay Kopachevsky. He, in particular, noted: "We need to adopt from 1 January 2017 program-target method in the budget process.
