In Vinnytsia region prosecutors have taken measures to curb the illegal use of premises of educational institution and return it to the owner
Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office in interests of the state represented by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine to the economic court of Vinnitsa region pred'revealed to the statement of claim for the recovery of immovable property premises of the hostel of the institution from the illegal possession. Prosecutors revealed that one of the enterprises use the premises of the hostel of the vocational school m. the winery, an area of 48.1 m2 and a cost of almost 160 thousand UAH, for the provision of health services to the population. Despite the fact that the term of the lease the specified premises of a hostel has ended in July of the current year, the company refused to release it and return it to the rightful owner, and therefore, the Prosecutor's office insists on the resumption of the rights of the institution by measures of representative character.
