Taking 23 September 400 hryvnias as a gift from a patient, which took place in his course of treatment, the General practitioner-family doctor, public institutions “Lutsk center of primary health care ¹ 2” violated the statutory restrictions on receiving gifts. Such conclusion, having listened to the arguments of the prosecutors, came Lutsk city district court, which found the physician guilty of committing an administrative offense, et’knitted with corruption under part 1 of article 172-5 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences. In the hearing the physician guilty to the crime fully acknowledged and sincerely repented. In accordance with the decision of the court on the offender imposed a penalty of a fine in the amount of 1700 UAH. with confiscation in the income of the state of illegally obtained gift.
