In Zhytomyr region for public organizations a reduced rate administrative fee for state registration of changes in founding documents
1 November 2016 published the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning improvement of state registration of rights to immovable property and protection of property rights". This Law, in particular, the changes regarding the amount of the administrative fee that is charged for the state registration of changes of constituent documents of public associations and charitable organizations. So, from November 2, 2016 administrative fee for registration of changes in the information on public Association or a charitable organization is 0.1 of the minimum wage established by law on 1 January of the calendar year, which is rounded to the nearest 10 UAH. So from now on the amount of administrative fee for state registration of changes for public organizations is 140 UAH. In addition, a statutory exemption from the administrative fee for the state registration of changes in information about a legal person, natural person - entrepreneur and public organization without legal entity status, including changes in constituent documents related to the compliance with the laws of Ukraine within the period specified by these laws.
