In Volyn region the driver who hit the child's death,still sit in jail for 4 years
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has defended in the court of appeal the punishment of 31-year-old resident of the village Kusnyshcha Liuboml district, which is the evening of 24 April 2015, moving on the highway Kiev-Kovel-Yagodin from Sochi to Sochi, made arrival on 6-the summer boy. In result of road accident the child received injuries incompatible with life. The man admitted his guilt and repented of his actions. Sentence Liuboml district court 01 Aug 2016 was found guilty of violating the rules of traffic safety by a person driving the vehicle, entailed death of the victim (criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) and sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right of management by vehicles for a period of 1 year. With this verdict the convict disagreed and challenged it in appeal. However, the court of appeal of Volyn region, listening to the arguments of the prosecutors, left the court of first instance in force.
