In Volyn region responsible for deadly road accident to appear before the court
Volyn region Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against 27-year-old lions’Yanina, who has made road accident with a deadly outcome. On the evening of 24 April 2016, in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication while driving "Volkswagen Golf" and moving from Volodymyr-Volynskyi highway “Kovel-Zhovkva”, the man has exceeded the maximum speed outside built-up areas and then his car collided with a car “Ural-4320”, which moved in the passing direction. As a result dorozhno-transport incident the passenger of the car "Volkswagen Golf" died. Now a grief-the driver accused of violating the rules of traffic safety by a person driving the vehicle, entailed death of the victim (criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine). During the preliminary investigation, the man was genuinely remorseful and actively contributed to solving the crime. Punishment he will determine the court.
