Vinnicchina: at the initiative of the regional Prosecutor's office court decisions for the recovery of state budget funds more than half a million hryvnias
Vinnitsa district administrative court decisions on administrative cases of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnitsa region two enterprises of the district Barsky on recovery in favor of the state budget of Ukraine for more than half a million hryvnias of penalties for violation of the legislation on stock market and securities. The decision of the Vinnytsia district administrative court satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of area, which will allow to send the budget funds in the amount of 561 thousand UAH.
