Chernihiv: the Contest "Best in profession" among chefs canteens KP "School"
8 Dec KP "School" of Chernihiv city Council organizes and conducts the competition "Best in profession" among the cooks in the dining halls. The venue of the competition: school ¹ 19, the dining room (vul. Mstislavsky, 76). The competition starts at 14:30. The aim of the competition: 1) promote the improvement of food quality and service secondary schools by increasing business skill of the chefs; 2) improvement of professional skill of cooks, the wide sharing of best practices and application of advanced methods of operation, introduction of new dishes and products; 3) improving the quality of cooking and culture. Competition conditions and tasks In the competition "Best in profession" will be attended by chefs working in the canteen of the KP "School" of the city Council. Participants two tasks: cooking a set meal (worth up to 14 UAH) and homework — cooking meals in the Banquet with selection Virsliga segment. Evaluation and selection of winners The competition jury will estimate works of participants of competition on a 5-point scale. Winners will be determined by the end of the contest on the same day. The award ceremony will take place at the expense of KP "School" with the presentation of awards for prize-winning places.
