16 Newspapers in Vinnytsia region reformed in the first phase
the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a Decree, which approved the list of printed media and editorial offices, the reform which is carried out in the first stage, according to the Law of Ukraine "On reforming state and communal printed media". The list included 244 edition. Among them, most of the publications are presented in Zhytomyr oblast – 17, and vinnichchina on denationalization took second place with 16 papers. Recall that according to the law "On reforming state and communal printed mass media" the authorities and local self-government come from the founders or co-founders of print media. The act provides that the reform of the revision will be carried out in two stages. In the first phase, through 2016 reformed the media that has filed the appropriate requests at the beginning of this year. At the second stage in the next two years 2017-2018 will be reformed all the other print media. In late September, the Committee agreed with all concerned agencies draft list of print media and editorial, reform which will be implemented in the first stage, and the document sent for approval to the Cabinet of Ministers.
