As told by the head of administration of income tax in Chernivtsi LIGHTS Julia Grosso, as 15.11.2016 G. 450 non-profit agencies and organizations brought their constituent documents in compliance with the provisions of the Tax code. Pay attention to the heads of non-profit organizations in our city that is not so much time to provide tax documents certifying a non-profit status of their institutions. We remind you that the purpose of inclusion in the new Register of non-profit institutions and organizations, such businesses must meet the requirements of paragraph 133.4 article 133 of the Tax code of Ukraine. To be in accordance with the provisions of the Tax code of the constituent documents the heads of non-profit organizations are required before 1 January 2017 and at the same time to provide copies of such documents to the authority of DFS at the place of registration. Taxpayers who do not bring their constituent documents in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 133.4 article 133 of the Tax code, after January 1, 2017 will be excluded from the Register of non-profit institutions and organizations.
