For the implementation of the decision of the economic court of Rivne region, which supported a position of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, the defendant actually returned to the state by the act of acceptance of water cost almost 6 million UAH. We are talking about the pond water surface area of almost 190 hectares located in the territory of Perebratsya village Council of Dubrovytsky district of Rivne region. Established, private entrepreneurs continued to illegally use the pond, despite the fact that the courts at the initiative of the Prosecutor's office was terminated the lease of the land on which is situated the water body. Therefore, consistently defending the position of protection of interests of the state, the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region have taken measures representative character regarding the return of state property in a condition not worse in comparison with that in which it was received in rent.
