Rivne: prosecutors in the region since the beginning of 2016 received 127 requests for information
To the Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast for 10 months of 2016 received 127 requests in accordance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", of which the prosecutors reviewed 110. Provides information on 77 requests for information; 31 the questioner clarified rules of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", denied information on queries 2; 17 queries sent for supplies to organize the consideration of the proper stewards of information. The greatest number of requests (96) received in the office of the Prosecutor of the region, in the Rivne local Prosecutor's office has received 17 requests. Often capitals information on personnel issues (39 requests). In particular, the questioner was interested in the declarations and the autobiographical data of the management of Prosecutor's office of area, heads of local prosecution offices; the salaries of prosecutors; the results of checks by prosecutors in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On cleaning power". In addition, a significant number of requests were related to issues of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings, which caused a public outcry and the attention of the public (31 requests).
