The Fund is a specialized financial and credit organization, whose founder serves Vinnytsia regional Council. Vladimir Baboshin in the form of the presentation describe the state of implementation of the following programs: The regional program of support of individual housing construction "Own house" for 2013-2016; - The regional target program of construction (purchase) affordable housing in Vinnytsia region for 2010-2017; - Regional program “Drinking water” for the years 2012-2020; - The program of increase of efficiency and reduction of energy consumption in Vinnytsia region for 2010-2015 (renewed to 2016); - The program of development of personal peasant farms, the cooperative movement in rural areas and gorodnitstva for 2016-2020. He noted in particular that the implementation of the program "Own house" Fund financed 41.1 million UAH. "Affordable housing" - 16.5 million UAH. the saving program is 21.3, for the program "Drinking water" - 5 mln. and the support of personal peasant farms – 1,5 mln.
