Chernivtsi: Tax lawyers defended in the courts 14 million budgetary hryvnias
For eleven months of the year Chernivtsi tax brought forwarded to the courts 36 claims for a total amount of 20.4 million UAH. Of them for the benefit of Chernivtsi LIGHTS already solved 13 cases (including balance from previous years). Claims of tax payers didn't win this year not a single case. In addition, in the course of this year, the courts granted the claim 3 of sneaks for the recovery of debts to the budget at the expense of debtors ' property in the amount of 3.4 mln. According to the head of the legal Department of the Chernivtsi LIGHTS Igor Nsuka, tax lawyers in the future to maximally defend the interests of the state, professional approach to each case that goes to court.
