Next year the estate tax for Chernivtsi will be credited minus 60 sq. m. for apartments and 120 houses. For example, the owner of the house 300 sq. m. will have to pay (300-120) X 13.78= 2480,40 UAH. In addition, if the ownership of the payer of the tax object (s) of residential property, including the shares owned by physical or legal persons ? tax payer whose total area exceeds 300 square meters (apartments) and/or 500 square meters (for home), the amount of tax calculated in accordance with the present Regulations, is increased by UAH 25,000 per year for each residential property (part of it).
