In Zhytomyr launched the First Outdoor all-Ukrainian competition of Bayan-accordion players.
Yesterday, November 28, in the Zhytomyr oblast Philharmonic. S. Richter began the First Open all-Ukrainian competition of Bayan-accordion players. The competition will be held in 4 categories. In the first category will compete with the soloists of the highest musical educational institutions 1-2 levels of accreditation, second soloists are students of high artistic and cultural educational institutions of 3-4 accreditation levels, without limitations in age. In the third category "Variety" performers of folk, pop and jazz music without any restrictions in age, and the fourth homogeneous and mixed ensembles of up to 5 participants with mandatory participation of the Bayan-accordion. To decide the fate of the contestants, the jury, composed of 10 professionals of a class accordionists from Ukraine and Lithuania. Draw ceremony has been held and within three days will be auditions. The competition is supported by the Department of culture of regional state administration.
