In Chernivtsi region algorithm administrative services should contribute to the realization of rights,freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens
regional service center of the Ministry of internal Affairs in Chernivtsi region continues to work on the realization of this task. We are talking about the informational and technological aspects of the services. In other words, the provision of each service should resemble a well-oiled machine, and the one who gets her should be able to see the program where it operates. The task execution provided by the Law of Ukraine «On administrative services” and the Order of the MIA of Ukraine «On approval of the model of information cards of administrative services provided to the territorial authorities for the provision of services of the Ministry of interior”. Now in the territorial service centers of Bukovina worked out by “scenario” of action, namely: the issuance of driver's license for operators of vehicles after graduation, the results re-taking of exams for knowledge of traffic Rules and management skills in the case of other categories, the results of the documents governing the transport of dangerous goods, registration, re-registration of wheeled vehicles. In total, 27 will be prepared information cards. They ummunition detailed information about the sub’object of the public service, its location, mode of operation, the conditions of obtaining service, the cost and deadline, grounds for refusal to provide services,and other indicators.
