In the Rivne region, two robbers,among them minors,took away money and a mobile phone, men with disabilities
In coordination with the Dubno local Prosecutor's office reported about suspicion to two residents Radivilivskogo district Commission of the criminal offense provided by part 3 of article 186 of the criminal code (open stealing of someone else's property, that is robbery, accompanied with violence which is not dangerous to life or health of the victim, coupled with penetration into dwelling, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons). Pre-trial investigation found that the co-conspirators, one of them a juvenile, pre-agreed, 23.11.2016 at midnight trespassing by knocking out the glass in the front door of a residential house of a disabled person since childhood of i group, and took all the money in the amount of 1 thousand UAH and a mobile phone. Hot on the heels of militiamen managed to detain the attackers. Part of the money and the mobile phone latest it has already implemented. Currently, one of the suspects a preventive measure in the form of house arrest, to another, the question of election of a measure of restraint will be resolved soon. Continues pre-trial investigation for the purpose of clarification of all actual circumstances of the criminal offence and the direction of the indictment to the court. The sanction of part 3 of article 186 of the criminal code of Ukraine punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of 4 to 8 years.
